Yes Rory...You are correct.....the woman behind the counter of "Sam's Grocery" was my mom and YES she did have a tatoo on her arm because she and my dad were both Holocaust Survivors.....You really do have a good memory...
Unfortunately my dad passed away in l991. My mom is "Minnie" is still alive and well....Doris
