I sure do. I remember Mrs. Kessock, Mr. Yuni and many of the other teachers. I remember each morning haveing to line up in the Gym and I remember each Friday having to wear white shirts and red ties for Assembly.

I agree that PS 273 was a special place. I remember the after school activities in the Gym and Cafeteria. Can anyone forget the Friday dances?

Thanks for the time to remember.

: Does anyone remember PS 273 with passionate gratitude and fondness, as I do? Remember Dr. Nevins, the aristocratic and paternal principal; the exciting Mr. Stephan Fischer, 4th grade & science teacher, who made me stand on my head to demonstrate peristaltic action (yes, the sandwich did go UP to my stomach); the beautiful and nurturing Mrs. Bloch, 2nd grade teacher; the crazy Mrs. Edleman, kindergarten teacher, who played a mean piano. We were so lucky to have this school and its dedicated faculty.
