: Being the bad boy, I remember learning how to pull the cable out from the back of the typewriter to disable it so I wouldn't have to type that day. Learned that trick from Peter Hernandez. I remember more then once other students asking me to disable their typewriters as well. How ironic that I'm typing now at the speed of light.
