Ok, here goes, I was just recently turned on to this wonderful
walk down memory lane. I am interested in jogging some
memories, after all, lets see how many brain cells really
burned away, in our, eh hm, mind expanding, experimental
days, of hanging out at 300 circle.
First, unfortunately for me, my nickname, that stuck,
because of my rotund shape, was Meatball, coined, by, I
guess he was my friend, Ralph LaFemina(what ever happened to
Ralph?)
who remembers, Worm,his brother Ubs, my old friend,
whom see is hear, Trickout,
Stanley(Beamish)Burstinsky,
Charlie McGlue, Little Robin,Ace.
there are more, but, i guess, my memory at this hour is failing.
As far as Meatball is concerned,
I ended up losing weight, at 18, became a marathon runner by 23, now 20 yrs later,
have a paunch, but not a meatball anymore.
I graduated Brooklyn College, became an headhunter, lived in
Manhattan, for 16yrs, before moving to Seattle,I have been here
since 95, moved my Mom, and Aunt Rose here, in 97.
Still working in High Technology sector.
I have a wonderful view of Mount Rainier, and mountains,
Nothing like Brooklyn, but, I still miss NY.
And I love seeing some of the people I knew, along the way.
