The way I remember it, we used to hang out in a basement one block east of Ashford (I forget the name) and New Lots Ave. It was just a party place to get high and make out. But I remember some very bad people used to go there, like Johnny Reb and his brother. One day they found this gay guy and beat him up. Then they brought him to the basement and smashed his penis with a hammer and eventually he died. I heard they both went to jail for a long time. Does this sound right to you??
