Charles L. Grant has been a professional writer and editor for 30 years and has over 120 books published (under various names), counting anthologies and collections. He has won three World Fantasy Awards, two Nebula Awards, and the British Life Achievement award. Grant was the editor of the long-running (and sorely missed) anthology series, Shadows. He has also written a number of X-Files novels. In the Mood, the second volume of his Millennium Quartet, and an anthology called Gothic Ghosts, co-edited by Grant with Wendy Webb, have just been published by Tor Books.
