Our guest tonight is Dr. Roger K. Leir, a California podiatrist who has been involved the surgical extraction of several alleged implants, and more recently with the study of an alleged Roswell fragment. Are you here, Roger?

Yes, Roger, hi and welcome to Omni Online. First question to follow. You've been personally involved in the extraction of, I believe, three alleged implants. Can you tell us something about their characteristics in general, and are all three similar in appearance and nature?

I have partipated in seven surgeries so far. We have three that are similar with metallic cores, three that are little greyish white balls and one that is a crystal. There are approx. five of the hard or inorganic portions under study at the present time. The biological data is all in.

Just talked to Roger by phone and everything seems to be going right -- except that his browser isn't showing the current questions. Can we blame this on AOL, or maybe UPS? In a worst case scenario, we'll reschedule this for Sept. 2nd. First, we'll try carrying on. Can you see this Roger?

Nope, apparently his browser isn't displaying properly. Into the next room one more time for a phone call. The above question I had relayed over the phone. We may be making some progress...in the meantime, the url for FIRST, the Fund for Interactive Research in Space Technology, is http://www.anw.com/first/

Roger, if you can see this...What is the biological data to which you refer?

The biological data has to do with the both the tissue surrounding the foreign body and the covering which houses it. There is a membrane present on the metallic portions but none on the little round balls. There is a complete absence of inflammation in most of the cases. Also other factors such as Solar Elastosis.

And now for the laymen in the audience, which includes me, I have to ask, What is Solar Elastosis, which I probably didn't spell right. After that, what is the status of the alleged Roswell fragment? I understand it shows non-terrestrial isotopic ratios. When will any confirming studies be released?

Solar Elastosis is the evidence indicating bombardment of Dermis, which is the deep layer of skin with ultrviolet radiation. Sort of a strange finding for housewives who do not make it a practice to go out in the sun. Also the surrounding tissue are normal.

What is the current status of the Roswell fragment, and one last question -- it's been rumored that FIRST is in the possession of four frames of film from the alien autopsy film for purposes of anlaysis. May we expect to see anything on the FIRST website about this?

Portions of this specimen are being tested by several labs. Three labs so far have found non terrestrial isotopes. There were some errors in the calculation of the original data having to do with Germanium 75. This is not present and was found to actually be arsenic. The new calculations have caused the data to be even more emphatic pertaining to the extraterrestrial nature of the material. More tests are being done.

Any last word on the alien autopsy film? And with that I would like to thank you for taking the time to talk with us. Maybe we can do it again at some point.

Yes, we were given some of the original film. It will be tested by an unbiased lab as a completely blind study. They will tell us what we want to know. Age, chemical composition emulsion type, base type and perhaps when the image was imprinted. The results of this test will only go to Santilli because that is what FIRST promised. He may or may not release the results.
